0.25% Interest Rate Reduction for Autopay gone?

Hi guys,

In preparation for the resumption of loan repayments, I logged in to re-establish my auto payments. I noticed that the 0.25% reduction language is no longer present. I distinctly remember seeing it at Navient, and it was still there when the loans were transferred to Aidvantage. Am I mistaken? Perhaps the interest needs to resume for it to reappear? I recall it being there throughout most of the COVID period, or at least I thought so.

During the COVID-19 pandemic,some lenders suspended the 0.25% interest rate reduction. As repayments restart, check with Aidvantage to see if this benefit will return and get updated details on your loan terms.
