Advice on Partnering with Realtors: New vs. Experienced

Good evening…

I could use some advice on teaming up with realtors. I’m trying to figure out which group would be best to reach out to for partnerships:

  1. New Realtors (0-2 years)
  2. Somewhat New Realtors (2-4 years)
  3. Experienced Realtors (5+ years)

I know a lot of realtors already have their go-to lenders, so I’m wondering if it’s worth trying to connect with the experienced ones who might be set in their ways, or if it’s smarter to focus on newer agents who might be more open to new partnerships.
Best wishes…

By taking these factors into account , you can choose a real estate agent who will best support you in achieving your home-buying or selling goals.

Experienced agents have a thorough grasp of local market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiating tactics.

They usually  have a broad network of contacts, including buyers, sellers, and other industry professionals.

Their experience can give you confidence and reassurance in their skills.

Seasoned agents excel at negotiating on your behalf, which can help you secure better deals.
