I trusted this app with my info, expecting the support they seemed to promise. Now, at 67, I feel like I’ve been led on again. After submitting all my details, they just told me, “Oh sorry, you don’t qualify, but you can apply again in the future.” This has been humiliating and disheartening, especially when I really needed the help.
