Anyone Else Still Missing IDR Payment Counts?

Congrats to everyone whose IDR counts got updated! Is anyone else still missing counts on their account? I consolidated all my Parent Plus loans at the end of 2023 and have been paying, in forbearance or deferment since 2016, but my account only shows counts starting from January 2023. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I can’t even see my counts, just a blank window.

My count is missing completely. When I click on my loans nothing shows up. I think it is due to consolidation back in 2016.

I have the same issue. I consolidated my loans in 2016 to an IDR plan, then switched to the SAVE plan last year. I have no payments listed for my IDR progress. My loan paperwork says I requested the SAVE plan, even though it didn’t exist back in 2016. :confused:

Yes, my count is missing 6 years of payments.

Yes. I can’t see a payment history, but mine is missing payments before my consolidation in 2001, I think. I wish I could see what they’re including.

My counts show 11 years 8 months left, but under the SAVE plan, it shows 313/300 by January 2025. No info on IBR, but shows an end date of August 2031. The other two IDR options show 160/240 with a January 2025 end date. The payment history supports the 313 qualifying payments. It’s a complete mess, not sure what to do next.

I’m in the same boat. It wants me to choose between forgiveness in 2035 or 2027. Looks like I have five options to pick from. I’m confused. Also, one option is the SAVE plan. I thought that was no longer an option. I feel like just picking the earliest forgiveness date.

I checked last week, and then again a few days ago… and nothing was updated on my account. I signed in tonight after seeing a post about updates, and my dashboard was completely changed with updates. Maybe just wait a few days? Doesn’t seem like they’re working on it right now. But I think I’m missing payments too, so I’ve got some homework to do before I start complaining! LOL
