Anyone have experience with Home Bot?

Good afternoon…
looking for some advice. Has anyone here used Home Bot or know much about itI’m a mortgage loan officer (MLO), and a realtor I work with wants to team up with me on it. The thing is, it’s kind of expensive—$250 a month, or $1,800 if I pay for the year, which breaks down to about $150 a month.
Before I jump in, I’d love to hear from anyone who’s used it. Is it worth the money? Has it actually helped your business? I’d appreciate any feedback or experiences you can share.
