Has anyone else had this error for a while? My JSON data still shows my payment count, but it hasn’t updated since 12/10/2024. I talked to a student aid rep, and they said my one-time adjustment wasn’t processed, but I know that’s not true. Could something be blocking my loans from getting the adjustment? I have 9 undergrad loans left, all with the same repayment start date of 09/07/1998. My grad loans from 2020 were forgiven on 03/21/2024 after I consolidated them with one of the undergrad loans. Just trying to see if there’s a pattern with those of us still dealing with this issue.
Same here. My last update was 12/12/24, and JSON shows the last change on 12/10. How close are you to forgiveness? My 120th payment was on January 1st.

I’m currently on SAVE. Loan simulator showed I should’ve been forgiven months ago, but because of the injunction, it’s now showing January 2025. JSON data says I have 287 out of 300 for SAVE and IBR, and I’m ineligible for any other plans. Makes no sense.
I’ve had the same issue for almost two weeks now.
Still broken on my end too.
Same here. Tried talking to a rep, and they weren’t helpful at all. Just want to see my count.

Yeah, same experience. They didn’t help much.
Same here! I got this response from them, which was basically useless:
‘We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with Aid History not showing. We’re actively looking into this and performing maintenance to fix it. Please check back in a few days.’
Edit: My JSON data shows the last update was 12/10/24. Half my loans were forgiven through IDR in late 2023, even though I had a consolidation application in process. Been trying to get the other half forgiven ever since, with no success. That’s the only weird thing about my case.
@Emory
That sounds exactly like what happened to me. Half forgiven, the other half stuck. Feels like a glitch.

Didn’t notice that when I first read your comment! Wishful thinking that they’d fix it for us soon.
I have over 120 payments. One loan has the green banner, but my consolidated loan still shows 0. My dashboard is just grey boxes, and it says I have no loans. Makes no sense.
Same issue. Been like this for a month now.
Yep. I even had a payment go through on Jan 19 that isn’t showing. My PSLF tracker is up to date through December. When I download my aid data, my loans are there. On Mohela’s site, my payment shows as $0 (which is wrong). The Mohela rep I spoke to said all my loan and payment info was correct on her end, but when she logged in as me, she also saw the payment as $0. No idea what’s going on!
