Last week, I attempted to check my loan balance online. Although I was able to log in, there was maintenance that prevented me from viewing my loan data. It appears like the entire website is unavailable for maintenance, based on my attempt to log in again today. Since they haven’t sent out information regarding planned maintenance shutdowns, I think that’s a little strange.

All I need is my damn tax documents. Someone ought to get fired for believing that taking down the website for a whole week during tax season was a smart idea.

Likewise. At least the previous 24 hours appear to have seen the site go offline. I’m attempting to file my taxes, but this awful loan servicer is making me wait. When I try to connect, all that appears is an error screen with the message “ECSI Maintenance.” Notification, There is now no access to ECSI. We regret any inconvenience this has caused.
Very unacceptable, in my opinion.

I’ve made an effort to contact customer support. The phone keeps ringing, and when I try to email them, I get an automatic response that tells me to go to the website. What a joke.

Me too, it It appears that the site has been offline for at least the past 24 hours. I’m trying to pay my taxes, but my loan servicer is making me wait.
