My student loans were removed from my credit report... says the loan was paid down from 20k to 0

Hi guys,

I’m not sure if this is a good or bad sign. Has a debt collector taken over my loan? Should I expect surprise letters and phone calls in the coming months? I haven’t made any payments since the pandemic started.
