Need Clarification on Life as an MLO

Good evening…

I’m a 27-year-old guy who just finished the 20-hour course and is now studying for the MLO license. I’m trying to figure out what a typical day looks like for a Mortgage Loan Originator. What’s the work-life balance like, and what kind of pay can someone expect when just starting out?
:stuck_out_tongue:
I’ve heard that some people are leaving the industry because of a lack of business, which makes me a bit nervous. But I’m really motivated and plan to put in the work with a good mentor once I’m licensed.Any tips or advice from those who’ve been in the field would be awesome!
