Nelnet keeps telling me that my password is incorrect each time I log in. I reset it, write down the new one, and try to log in again, only to have it rejected again. I can’t log in again after logging out, even though it automatically logs me in when I reset. Does this bother anybody else? Advice of any kind? My payment process is becoming unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
