Been researching student loan servicers and came across Ed Financial. I’m hoping to get some insights and clarification about their services. What specific services does Ed Financial provide? Are they just a loan servicer or do they offer other financial products? How easy is it to manage and make payments on your loans through Ed Financial?

It’s completely insane. Since EdFinancial decided to include all of a borrower’s student loans in the borrower’s defense case, there is no ability to view the online account balance.

We need to organize and take action against EdFinancial as they are obviously not making any effort to address the issue.

I can’t stand them. It took them months to change my repayment plan after I contacted them five times. They also messed up my auto pay, causing me to be late by a month. The following month, they failed to save my auto pay again, so my payment didn’t go through until after the due date. I want to check if I’m still enrolled in autopay, but I don’t want to spend hours on hold or wait months for an email response again.
