I’m running into some big problems with a few files that are stuck because of UWM’s Trac and Trac+ processes. I’ve already knocked out all the other conditions, but the loans still aren’t CTC since the Trac conditions are still pending. It’s really dragging things out.
Anyone else been through this with Trac or Trac+? How did you manage to get those conditions cleared? Any tips on speeding it up or avoiding this mess going forward?
